Police: Husband seems to have cut himself in suicide attempt

Yolanda M. Sigler, 34, was found dead in her living room at 230 Lincolnway in Dixon 
Sunday afternoon. Her husband, Brian C. Sigler, also 34, was found in a second-
floor bathtub with self-inflicted, life-threatening knife wounds to the neck and 
abdomen, and was in surgery Sunday at KSB Hospital, Police Chief Danny Langloss 
said.

– And Charles T. George, 25, is accused of shaking his 3-month-old daughter, Tamari, on Sept. 17, 2010, and dropping her on the floor. She died 5 days later at a Rockford hospital. He is charged with involuntary manslaughter, two counts of aggravated battery of a child, and aggravated domestic battery.
