Hazel M. Swartz
DIXON – Hazel M. Swartz, 95, of Dixon, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at Dixon Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was a teacher at Nelson School prior to her retirement.
Hazel was born March 28, 1917, in Bradford, the daughter of Fred and Alice (Mannon) House. She married Paul Jamison Swartz on April 2, 1950, in Toulon. He preceded her in death on June 8, 2012.
Survivors include one son, Duane (Kim) Swartz of Naperville; one daughter, Denise Swartz of Byron; and three grandchildren.
