Rock Falls riverfront cleanup continues

Crews continue to work Monday to clean up the Rock Falls riverfront after the reconstruction of the First Avenue Bridge between Rock Falls and Sterling. The property will be cleaned up and prepared for future development. Among the possibilities for the site is an outdoor amphitheater, Rock Falls Mayor David Blanton has said.
