Bailey, Dixon make Ottawa earn NIB-12 win

OTTAWA — The Dixon Duchesss fell behind in a tough place to win at Kingman Gym.
But, they didn't give up. Instead, they rallied from an 11-point deficit to push the Ottawa Pirates in a Northern Illinois Big 12 game. The Pirates, who were a bit rusty after a 2-week break, won 48-34.
Ottawa (11-5, 3-1) had a 20-9 halftime lead, but Dixon got hot from outside to tighten things up in the third period.
