Rock Falls man turns himself in, faces drug charges

STERLING – A Rock Falls man surrendered to Sterling police Friday on charges of dealing marijuana.

Rory K. Jackson, 32, is charged with delivery of 10 to 30 grams of marijuana and 10 to 30 grams of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school. Both offenses occurred Sept. 28 in Sterling, according to a news release.

Jackson turned himself in shortly before 10 a.m. Friday at the Sterling Police Department. He was taken to the Whiteside County Jail.
