Jeffery L.D. Green, 32, of Sterling; 7:48 a.m. Wednesday at First Avenue and Eighth Street; Ogle County warrant – failure to appear; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Susan M. Dean, 39, of Tampico; 12:26 p.m. Wednesday at Sterling Police Department; Whiteside County warrant – obstructing a court order; posted $300.

Jarris L. Holman, 86, of Sterling; 9:17 a.m. Wednesday at 16th Avenue and East Fifth Street; no insurance; given notice to appear in court.
