School, center don’t belong close to Dixon prison

Some of the same people are still talking about building a school and [sports and activities] center at the end of Washington Avenue.

Well, we already have a “center” here at the end of Washington Avenue; it’s called Dixon Correctional Center.

Why would anyone want to put a school or center that close to a prison?
