Mother, son grateful for area generosity

Text Size: AaAaAaAaAa

My son and I would like to express our gratitude to those who have supported us this past year, especially on Dec. 2 during the MTD Roundup Benefit, and since that amazing day.

We are overwhelmed with the acts of kindness that have been shown to the two of us. Words cannot express our appreciation to all of you who have sacrificed your personal time and resources for our family.

The success of the recent benefit would not have been possible without all of you. We want to thank everyone who put time in working on the MTD Roundup Benefit, including the volunteers, auctioneer, the individuals, groups, companies, and corporations that donated wonderful items for the auction, and those who came to share your love and friendship with us.

We are in debt to all who have reached out to our family in every form of support. A special thanks to my parents, Hugh and Betty Miller, my 10 siblings, their spouses, and all my nieces and nephews who have pulled together to support us in the last year. Our love goes out to all of you who have supported Tyler and me in so many different ways.

We are grateful to the many others who have gone out of their way to make donations at the bank or to family members, and to those who have sent cards and encouraging words. We would love to thank each of you personally and hope you will accept our apologies if we have inadvertently missed some of you.

Many blessings from my family to yours, and thank you again for your generosity, love, prayers, and compassion.

Good or bad? Depends on who you ask

Sometimes readers ask for more good news in the paper. They say we in the media only cover the bad. But one person's positive is another's negative.

My kind of game

I would have gladly paid to take in the game I covered Saturday morning in Morrison.
