Article:	No state’s attorney appointment yet OREGON – Ogle County may be without a state's attorney when John B. "Ben" Roe vacates the post Monday to ascend to the bench. County Board Chairman Kim Gouker said Monday that "nothing is new" in naming Roe's replacement since the board turned down the selection committee's recommendation, Polo attorney M. Thomas Suits, on Dec. 18.
