Annual pizza sale in Mendota

MENDOTA – The Mendota Community Hospital Auxiliary is selling freshly-made Avanti Foods (Gino’s brand) pizzas through Jan. 16.

All pizzas must be pre-ordered and prepaid by the deadline. Proceeds from the pizza sale benefit the hospital.

All pizzas are thin crust and are received frozen. The choices for 12-inch pizzas include: deluxe (green pepper, mushrooms, onions, and sausage) $6, sausage $5, pepperoni $5, and cheese $4. Choices for 6.5-inch pizzas are sausage or cheese each for $2. Cheese breadsticks can be ordered for $5 per bag of six.

Order forms are available at the front lobby desk of the hospital, 1401 E. 12th St.; at the Mendota Chamber office, 800 Washgint St., or call 815-539-7461, ext. 3291.

The pickup date is from 3:30 to 5 p.m., Jan. 31 Conference Room A (near the Prairie Café).
