Nickolas Howard, 21, of Rock Falls; 8:45 p.m. Tuesday; Lee County warrant; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Whiteisde County Sheriff

Mary K. Henrekin, 26, of Prophetstown; 7:14 a.m. Wednesday at U.S. Route 30 and Frog Pond Road, rural Fulton; failure to yield at a stop intersection after being struck by a semi driven by Corey Sweely, 37, of Clinton, Iowa. Henrekin treated and released at Mercy Medical Center in Clinton. Sweely was treated at the scene. Aid provided by Illinois State Police, and Fulton Police and Fire and Ambulance departments.

Diego Ramirez, 23, of Oregon; 2:48 p.m. Dec. 12 in the 400 block of South Third Street; driving with a suspended license; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Information sought: 9:30 a.m. Dec. 12 hit and run on a parked car in the 500 block of South 10th Street; street sign damage; 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Pines Road and 10th Street; anyone with information is asked to call Oregon Police at 815-732-2162.
