Article:	One way to make roads safer For years, I have advocated for sensible solutions to our broken immigration system that are morally right, economically sound, and politically smart. Here in Illinois, I am proud to support Senate Bill 957, legislation that requires unlicensed immigrant drivers to obtain Temporary Visitor Driver’s Licenses (TVDLs).
