POLO – Teresa L. Blair, 53, of Polo, passed away Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford. She was the administrator at Dixon Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Teresa was born March 6, 1959, in Dixon, the daughter of Charles and Beverly (Marquitz) Mezo.
Survivors include her mother; daughter, Nicole Blair of Polo; and sisters, Connie (Marc) Lipscomb and Brenda Morris, both of Polo.
She was preceded in death by her father.
A celebration of her life will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Polo Senior Center. Polo Family Funeral Home handled arrangements.
