Karma K. Weidman

SILVERTON, Ore. – Karma Katherine Weidman, formerly of 618 S. Ottawa Ave., Dixon, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at her son’s home in Silverton, Ore.

Karma was born Dec. 25, 1916, in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Edmond Leo and Eva Blanche Murray. She married Byron Leroy Weidman on Feb. 4, 1946. She was an active church member.

Survivors include her son, Robert Weidman of Silverton; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Gordon; brother, John Murray; and sister, Beulah Johnson.

Per Karma’s wishes, there will be no service. Private burial will be at a later date at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon. Unger Funeral Chapel in Silverton handled arrangements.
