Village website invites public to submit events

Holiday greetings to all of our Mount Morris organizations, both churches and civic, and to all our visitors from the Mount Morris Village Website team.

Many local organizations hold fundraising events, and getting the word out is the one most important part of a successful event. We invite your group to advertise those events on both the “community calendar” and “community bulletin board.” It’s a free and effective way to get the word out. You can even use the calendar for long-range planning to avoid conflict with another group on a particular date.

Send complete details to the “calendar” by going to the ‘”community calendar” page and using the “submit form.” Please give complete details of your event and who the main contact is. The community bulletin board is where you can send your electronic poster to us for posting.
