I recently spent 10 days at CGH Medical Center. I had to go through the ER. which is always unpleasant because it takes so long, but was fortunate to get a nurse who made everything much easier simply because she was so pleasant, comforting and caring.

That nurse was Megan Bright, and I want to thank her publicly for the wonderful way she took care of me in the ER. I was then transferred to the surgical unit on the second floor. She even came to visit me in my room a few days later. 

I’ve had 10 back and neck surgeries over the last 30 years and have spent many days and weeks in some of the finest university hospitals in the country. I’ve never experienced the kind of care I received on the second floor of CGH.
