STERLING – GSDC – the Kitchen Incubator of Northwest Illinois, 1741 Industrial Drive, will provide a 15-hour Food Service Sanitation Manager course.
The class will be at 9 a.m. Jan. 12, 19 and 26. The first class will include a 5-hour refresher course, and the state examination will be given at the end of the third session. All course hours must be completed to receive certification. The day will include a 30-minute lunch break.
Krista Morthland will be the instructor.
Advanced payment is $100 for the 15-hour course and $50 for the 5-hour refresher course. Those signing up the day of the course will be charged $10 more.
