Scavenger hunt deadline extended, cash prize tripled
STERLING – The deadline for a downtown scavenger hunt has been extended, and the cash prize tripled.
To participate in the Bridge of Art scavenger hunt, pick up a contest form at downtown businesses with decorated windows, or at Sterling Main Street, 318 First Ave. or the Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce office, 211 Locust St. They must be returned by Jan. 4.
A winner will be drawn from the correct forms and awarded a $150 cash prize. The previous prize was $50.
