Warriors bowling team rolls past Rochelle

Amber Granzow kept her hot hand going Tuesday, rolling three 200 games to lead the Sterling Golden Warriors bowling team to a 3,080-2,390 victory over the Rochelle Hubs at T-Byrd Lanes in Rochelle.

Three days after bowling the seventh-best series in IHSA history, Granzow finished with games of 209, 212 and 202 for a match-high 623 series against the Hubs.

Destinee Howard rolled a 558 series and a 221 high game, and Samantha Lewis added a 544 series and 225 high game for the Warriors (4-1, 4-1 NIB-12), who now have 38 points through five conference matches.
