Court date rescheduled for accused museum embezzler
OREGON – The attorney for an Oregon woman charged with misappropriating funds from the Byron Museum District on Monday asked Ogle County Judge John Redington for more time to review evidence.
A pretrial hearing was set for Feb. 11.
Attorney Eric Morrow of Oregon represents Jessica McCanse, 34, a former museum director accused of taking between $10,000 and $100,000 between July 3, 2009, and February 2011.
