CGH having open house for retiring CEO

STERLING – A community open house for CGH Medical Center's retiring CEO will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday in the lobby of CGH Main Clinic, 101 E. Miller Road.

Ed Andersen, CGH president and CEO, is retiring Jan. 4. He joined Community General Hospital in 1975; he became president and CEO in 1996.

Members of the community are invited to wish Andersen well. Light refreshments will be served.

Andersen will be replaced by Dr. Paul G. Steinke, a family practitioner and CGH’s vice president of clinical services.
