Riverfront Commission will meet tonight

DIXON – The Riverfront Commission will vote today whether to approve an independent maintenance contract with John Groshans and accept the resignation of its secretary, Priscilla Brickley.

Discussion items include the idea of adding a literature rack near the Ronald Reagan statue and storage for Riverfront maintenance, Riverfront Chairman Larry Reed said.

Also, W. David Ames was approved as a commission member at last week’s City Council meeting.

The Dixon Riverfront Commission meets at 6 tonight in the council chambers at City Hall, 121 W. Second St.
