Theft suspect may be in Sterling-Rock Falls area

DIXON – Dixon police are looking for a man charged with two retail thefts who might be in the Sterling-Rock Falls area.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Cody M. Blackburn, 21, for failure to appear in court on the charges. His bond is set at $50,000.

Blackburn is accused of felony and misdemeanor theft. He is 6 feet 1 inch tall, 175 pounds with blue eyes, brown hair and a neck tattoo.
