season, beating NUIC East foe AFC 55-31 on Friday night in

Morgan Adolph had a game-high 13 points and Courtney Swalve added 12 for Milledgeville (1-8, 1-3 NUIC East), which led by eight points at halftime and expanded the margin from there.

Sarah Matson’s nine points paced the Raiders (4-4, 0-4).

Burlington Central 35, Rock Falls 26: Rock Falls slipped to 3-5 after falling in a Big Northern Conference crossover contest at Tabor Gym.

Eastland 43, Pearl City 31: Lexis Macomber scored a game-high 12 points to lead the Cougars past the Wolves in an NUIC West tilt in Lanark.

Eastland (8-1, 2-0), which also got seven points from Megan
Janssen, led 14-5 after one quarter, 21-17 at the half and 33-24 through three quarters.

East Dubuque 65, West Carroll 36: Despite Ieshia Larson’s 19-point performance, the Thunder could not keep up with the Warriors in NUIC West action at Savanna.

East Dubuque (4-1, 2-1) got 22 points from Michaela Marty and 21 from Kalyn Theill. West Carroll (0-4, 0-3) trailed 14-10 after one quarter, 34-14 at the half and 51-22 through three quarters.

Faith Christian 42, Morning Star 22: The
Falcons built a 20-point lead by halftime and never looked back in Davenport, Iowa.

Sarah Smith scored a game-high 10 points for Faith (7-1), while
Amanda Smith and Tressa Schuler added eight points each.

In all, seven different Falcons scored in the game.
