Water testing planned in Dixon

DIXON – City water department staff will be conducting testing Thursday and Friday at two sites.
A flow test will be at 1 p.m. Thursday for the new transit facility on East Progress Drive. From 7 a.m. to noon Friday, BorgWarner, Inc., 1350 Franklin Grove Road, will have its fire pump tested.
Both tests may cause rusty water for a time in the areas around each site. Call the water department at 815-288-3381 for more information.
