DIXON – Christmas items will be sold at a fundraiser from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Loveland Community House, 513 W. Second St.
Mary Padgett of Dixon will sell ceramic statues called “Little Guys” to help pay medical expenses for her brother, Joe Pacileo, now of North Carolina. Joe, who has polio, fell May 3 and broke his right kneecap and damaged his left kneecap, and has undergone surgery.
He and his wife, Cindy, who makes the statues, face thousands of dollars in medical costs.
