Sonya R. Dawson, 36, of Rock Falls; 3:34 a.m. Monday at Locust and 23rd streets; driving with a suspended license; given notice to appear in court.

David C. Mitchell, 49, of Sterling; 12:01 p.m. Monday at Second Avenue and East Third Street; driving with a revoked license; given notice to appear in court. Arrested at the same time was Shelley M. Zinke, 40, of Sterling; permitting an unauthorized person to drive; posted driver’s license.
