LaGRANGE, Ga. – Keith LeRoy Schultz, 69, of LaGrange, Ga., formerly of Pearl City, passed away Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at his home.  

He was born Dec. 14, 1942, in Sterling, the son of Dorothy Louise (Bonnell) and Lester LeRoy Schultz. He had lived in LaGrange for the past 6 years.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Villa Jean (Eads) Schultz; daughter, Kimberly (Jimmy) Ezell of Conway, Ark.; son, Cory Schultz of LaGrange; four grandchildren, Hannah Klatt Little, Douglas Klatt, Jennifer Klatt and Zachary Schultz; four great-grandchildren; four sisters, Jean (Wayne) Bartch of Stockton, June Lamb of Clinton, Iowa, Gwen Dirks of Sterling and Suzie (Steven) Heidenreich of Longview, Texas; three brothers, Martin (Misty) Schultz of Hampton, Ga., and Wesley Schultz and Ronald Schultz, both of Rockford; sisters-in-law, Sandy Eads (Robert) Cisketti of Lanark and Melody Eads Corbitt (Paul) Hicks of Franklin Grove; brother-in-law, Richard A. (Debra) Eads of Freeport; four aunts, Hazel (Wayne) Raab of Pearl City, Nada (Oscar) Sweely of Lanark, Eleanor (Gerald) Croffoot of Freeport and Myrna Kennedy (Harvey) Mann of LaGrange; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Daniel Schultz; daughter-in-law, Tammy Schultz; and a brother-in-law, David Corbitt.

Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Oakland Cemetery Mausoleum in Freeport. Striffler-Hamby Mortuary in LaGrange and Schwarz Funeral Home in Freeport handled arrangements.

The family requests that all flowers be omitted.
