AURORA – Evelyn D. Fidis, 85, of Aurora, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at Provena Mercy Medical Center in Aurora.

She was born Feb. 8, 1927, in Fort Thomas, Ky., the daughter of John and Lillie (Presley) Anderson. She married Marcial Fidis on June 20, 1945, in Aurora. He preceded her in death on Nov. 18, 1998.  

Evelyn loved her family, which gave her the strength to keep going. She enjoyed visits from her children, grandchildren and other family members. She always talked about her beloved, Marcial, and how much she missed him. She always will be alive in our hearts. We love you. Love, your family.
