Taylor R. Thompson, 18, of Dixon; 4:45 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of North Galena Avenue; retail theft; released on a notice to appear in court.

Blake L. Morrison, 18, of Dixon; 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of South Lincoln Avenue; Lee County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge; taken to the Lee County Jail.

Cyle V. McCoy, 20, of Dixon; 2:35 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of North Brinton Avenue; unlawful consumption of alcohol and criminal damage; released on a notice to appear in court.

State Police

Tammy L. Russell, 44, of Streator; 11:34 a.m. Friday on I-39 in Lee County; DUI drugs and improper lane usage; taken to Lee County Jail. 

Marcos Peralta, 30, of Sterling; 1:17 a.m. Sunday on state Route 2 at Brandywine Lane in Lee County; speeding, improper lane usage, DUI, driving while license suspended, and illegal transportation of alcohol; taken to Lee County Jail.

Weston D. Hughes, 38, of Oregon; 12:28 a.m. Sunday at Flagg and Hoosier roads in Ogle County; improper lane usage; posted driver’s license and $100 cash.

Lee County Sheriff

Paige L. Rockwood, 21, of Polo; 6:50 p.m. Saturday; warrant for failure to appear on consumption and drug paraphernalia charges and a Winnebago County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge; taken to Lee County Jail.

Jeanne M. Reese, 52, of Rock Falls; 9:33 a.m. Friday at East Third Street and 17th Avenue; no insurance; posted driver’s license. 

Ted M. Lezak, 31, of Sterling; 8:52 a.m. Friday at East Third Street and 18th Avenue; speeding; posted driver’s license.

Rachael M. Kyger, 28, of Sterling; 9:58 p.m. Friday at Fifth Avenue and East 14th Street; Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear; taken to Whiteside County Jail. 

Phillip A. Dunn, 28, of Rock Falls; 2:55 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of Woodburn Avenue; Whiteside County warrant for probation violation; taken to Whiteside County Jail.
