Jackson’s brother considering run
CHICAGO (AP) – A brother of former Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. says he hasn’t made a decision whether to run for Congress to replace Jackson.
Jonathan Jackson made the comments Tuesday on Chicago’s WVON during a weekly radio appearance. Jackson is a business professor at Chicago State University and a commentator on the economy.
During Jackson’s appearance, listeners brought up the possibility of him running in a special election to replace his brother. Jonathan Jackson says many people have asked him and that he doesn’t know yet, but will decide as soon as possible.
