URBANA – Registration is open for University of Illinois Extension Certified Livestock Manager training workshops.
State law requires producers with more than 300 animal units in their operation be certified in livestock manure management every 3 years.
The first regional workshop is Feb. 26 at Stephenson County Farm Bureau Building, 210 W. Spring St., Freeport; 815-235-4125.
