Scared and cold, dog was poorly treated

On the coldest night of the year thus far this season, a dog was tied up outside the animal shelter, by some human without any compassion or heart for the animal.
My heart was broken when I went to check on the barking dog, and what I found was a scared and cold soul without an understanding of why he was there.
Being a huge animal lover, I just could not understand how this human could be so cruel.
So, if you are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself. Please think of the animal next time.
