‘Turkey toss’ pool fundraiser set for Sunday

MORRISON – A “turkey toss” competition to raise money for the Morrison High School pool will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the pool, 643 Genesee Ave.

Morrison High School Lady Fillies swim team is organizing the event.

The cost is $5 per person or up to $15 for a family, which includes a plastic turkey. The turkeys will be tossed for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate at Sullivan’s Foods in Morrison.

Open swim will be available, so bring a swimsuit and towel. There will be games and races, and lifeguards will be on duty.
