Joseph S. Rebolitti

DIXON – Joseph S. Rebolitti, 95, of Dixon, formerly of Buffalo Grove, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, at KSB Hospital in Dixon. 

Joseph was born Oct. 31, 1917, in Chicago, the son of Anthony and Jenny (Lascherda) Rebolitti. He married Lorrayne Emerson on Sept. 11, 1949, in Chicago. She preceded him in death in 1993. 

Joseph loved his kids, grandkids, great-grandkids, and dancing with his wife. He served in the Air Force during World War II, and was honored to participate in the recent Honor Flight trip to Washington, D.C. Joseph was a volunteer at KSB Hospital, CGH Medical Center in Sterling, and the Reagan Boyhood Home in Dixon. He sold bingo cards at the Elks Club and enjoyed yardwork and making special pumpkins for his friends and family for Halloween.
