Runaway boy, 17, of Dixon; 8 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue; runaway; released to a parent.

Timothy M. Phillips, 20, of Dixon; 10:22 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue; unlawful consumption of alcohol; given a notice to appear in court.

State Police

Thedford L. Lamb, 44, of Rock Falls; 4:47 p.m. Friday at U.S. Route 30 and Moline Road; cited for failure to yield after a traffic accident. 

Emily McDaniel, 21, of Rock Island: 11:04 p.m. Friday at U.S. Route 30 and Lyndon Road; disobeying a stop sign; posted an I-bond.

Lee County Sheriff

Britney L. Geeting, 21, of Dixon; 9:42 p.m. Saturday; Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear on driving while license suspended charge; taken to Lee County Jail. 

Devan S. Contreras, 19, of West Brooklyn; 9:08 a.m. Saturday; DUI; posted $300 bond and given a notice to appear in court.

Suzanna J. Farley, 18, of Sterling; 12:55 a.m. Friday at East Fourth Street and Second Avenue; no insurance; posted driver’s license. 

Benjamin P. Rodriguez, 27, of Rock Falls; 2:39 a.m. Friday; Lynn Boulevard and East Fourth Street; no valid driver’s license and no insurance; given a notice to appear in court. 

Bashkim K. Rockwell, 25, of Dixon; 1:57 p.m. Friday at East Second Street and Seventh Avenue; no insurance; posted driver’s license. 

Renee N. Rodriguez, 24, of Dixon; 3:15 p.m. Friday; Whiteside County warrant for obstructing a court order; given a notice to appear in court. 

Michael A. Cozzie, 42, of Morrison; 2:20 a.m. Saturday at First Avenue and East Third Street; operating an uninsured motor vehicle; posted driver’s license. 

Brandon L. Ruth, 34, of Sterling; 11:23 a.m. Saturday at Locust and East 14th streets; illegal squealing of tires and no valid driver’s license; given a notice to appear in court.
