Local beauty store marks milestone

STERLING – The Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio, 806 E. Third St., owned by Cindy Fane, recently celebrated its 30th anniversary.

The store has maintained Gold Medallion status since 1992, meeting the highest standards of excellence represented by Merle Norman.
