Basket giveaway set for Tuesday

STERLING – The 12th annual Thanksgiving basket drive distribution from Sterling and Coloma townships will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Sterling Township Highway Garage, 1807 Griswold Ave.
Each of the 1,200 baskets given to families in need will include a 10- to 12-pound turkey, potatoes, stuffing mix, cans of green beans and sweet corn, canned fruit and a box of Jell-O, rolls or bread, a pound of margarine, a gallon of milk and a pie.
