29-year-old gets probation, jail time in cocaine case
DIXON – A Dixon man was sentenced to 2 years of probation Thursday for possession of cocaine.
Adam L. Brand, 29, also was sentenced to 180 days in jail, which he’s already served.
In exchange for his plea, four charges were dropped: possession of cocaine with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of public housing, possession with intent to deliver cocaine and possession of firearm ammunition without a Firearm Owner’s Identification Card and possession of marijuana, both misdemeanors.
