New clinics at Chicago hospital to open early 2013
CHICAGO (AP) — Newly-renovated clinics at a hospital on Chicago West Side that received millions in state money should open early next year.
Gov. Pat Quinn and other state officials attended a ceremonial ribbon cutting Tuesday morning at Mount Sinai Hospital. The project received $7 million from a state capital fund.
The project will relocate several Mount Sinai clinics into a renovated floor of another facility on the medical campus. The clinics had served 65,000 patient visits annually.
