Board to discuss future of sales tax
DIXON – Superintendent Michael Juenger will present the Dixon School Board with follow-up information concerning the failed 1 percent sales tax referendum and open the topic for discussion.
The board, in conjunction with others in Lee County, will determine whether the proposal is on the ballot again in April.
The board also will approve a tentative property tax levy and review a health, life and safety amendment for Jefferson School.
