Kudos to store management

A couple of weeks ago, I bought a TV, and everything hooked up and worked great except my headphones. I knew the headphones were working but had my son-in-law, grandsons and the cable company out two times. Everyone thought it was the TV that was the problem.

I called the store and got John Watts, the assistant manager. We decided for me to take my headphones into the store, and he plugged them into the TV on display like the one I bought – and they worked. He showed and took pictures on my phone as to where to plug them in. I went home, did what he showed me, and they still would not work.

I called him back, and he wanted to help me. So, on his own time during his lunch hour, he came out. I live 4 miles from the store. He kept pulling and putting the plug in the jack and got them to work. Now I can hear the TV and watch it, too.

This adds to the many reasons I shop at Sterling Walmart. Thanks to the manager, Andy, and assistant manager, John Watts, and all the staff who take time to do the extra to help their customers.
