Police pull woman’s body from Rock River
Ogle County coroner plans autopsy today
BYRON – The body of an unidentified woman was recovered Friday afternoon from the Rock River in northern Ogle County.
Officials would not say whether the body was that of a woman who has been missing from Machesney Park since Oct. 22.
However, four Winnebago County police detectives were on the scene of the recovery to confer with Ogle County officials.
