CHAMPAIGN – Jill Ebens of Oregon is among the 20 teens at the 91st National 4-H Congress from Nov. 23 through Tuesday in Atlanta.
The congress offers states an opportunity to send 4-H youth to the event and provide them with an expanded education experience through seminars, community service projects and tours.
All delegates will participate in cultural programs during the international dinner and a night of programming at the Atlanta History Center.
