ROCK FALLS – Sharon A. Linden, 60, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at home, surrounded by her family, after an extended illness.

Sharon was born June 20, 1952, in Moline, the daughter of Roy and Lourena (Baker) Reynolds. She was a licensed practical nurse at many nursing homes in the Sterling and Rock Falls area. Sharon enjoyed camping, music, dancing, her pets, and riding her Harley. She loved spending time with her family and friends and her fury friend, Linus Kokjohn. 

Survivors include her significant other, Lyle Roberts of Rock Falls; one daughter, Jennifer (Sage) Kokjohn of Columbus, Ind.; two sons, Frank (Jennifer Bryan Peterson) Spooner of Rock Falls and Jay (Maggie) Linden of Tampico; one sister, Shirley Mundell of Clinton; one brother, Robert (Melonie Hicks) Sutton of Moline; and three grandchildren, Erin Spooner, Emily Spooner and Cameron Linden.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls. There will be no other services. Cremation rites will be accorded.

A memorial has been established.
