Experts to discuss election’s possible effects on business

All are invited; reservations are requested for Wednesday event

DIXON – Four business experts will discuss the recent election’s possible effects on businesses at a luncheon buffet Wednesday.

The Dixon, Rock Falls and Sauk Valley Area chambers of commerce are sponsoring the luncheon at Timber Creek Golf & Banquet, 729 Timber Creek Road.

Mark Denzler, vice president and chief operating officer of the Illinois Manufacturers Association; Rob Karr, senior vice president of government and member relations of the Illinois Retail Merchants Association; Ben Taylor, congressional and public affairs executive director of the U.S. Chamber Great Lakes Region; and Doug Whitley, president and chief executive of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce will speak.
