Alum thankful for opportunity to march, play

I just want to express my gratitude to those who organized the Marching Rockets Past and Present event at the homecoming game last month. I had a blast dusting off my flute and playing with the band at the pregame.

I miss my marching days and appreciate any opportunity to relive those days. We had a great turnout and are in the process of creating an alumni band to march in area parades and perform exhibitions at field shows.

I look forward to meeting fellow Marching Rocket alums who are interested in reliving those glory years.
