Sign up to give blood in November

ROCK FALLS – American Red Cross blood drives are scheduled in Whiteside County on the following dates:

■ 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 17, 2 to 6 p.m. Nov. 21, 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. Nov. 24, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 28 at Rock Falls Blood Donation Center, 112 W. Second St.

■ 1 to 5:15 p.m., Nov. 20 and Nov. 27, at River Bend Senior Center, 912 Fourth St., Fulton.

■ Noon to 6 p.m. Nov. 20 at United Methodist Church, 200 W. Lincolnway, Morrison.

■ 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 28 at Sterling High School, 1608 Fourth Ave.

Donors must have a blood donor card or a driver’s license, or two other forms of identification at check-in. Donors must be 17 years old (or 16 with parental consent) weigh at least 110 pounds and be in general good health.
