Bird walking’s today in Thomson
THOMSON – Stewards of the Upper Mississippi River Refuge will continue to host its monthly migratory bird walks on the second Saturday of each month.
Starting at 9 a.m. today walkers will meet at the Sloan Marsh across from the Ingersoll Wetlands Learning Center, 7071 Riverview Road.
Participants of all ages and skill levels are welcome. The walks usually last between 1.5 and 2 hours depending upon weather conditions.
