16-year-old boy; 11:15 p.m. Thursday; runaway; released to a guardian.

Lee County Sheriff

Alax M. Farster, 35, of Dixon; 3:36 p.m. Thursday; warrant for unlawful use of a weapon; taken to Lee County Jail.

Jonathon S. Webb, 32, of Dixon; 3:20 p.m. Thursday; violation of probation; taken to Lee County Jail.

Sterling Police

Kari J. Carskaden, 44, of Sterling; 12:55 a.m. Thursday at First Avenue and East Third Street; no valid driver’s license; given notice to appear in court.

Ricky L. Jackson, 35, of Sterling; 6:58 p.m. Thursday at 302 W. Fifth St.; Whiteside County warrant; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Stephen A. Rhue, no age listed; of Sterling; 8:43 p.m. Thursday at West Lynn Boulevard and Locust Street; speeding; given notice to appear in court.

Andre A. Ruffin, 36, of Sterling; 9:40 p.m. Thursday at 512 W. Third St.; domestic battery; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Ogle County Sheriff

Mike R. Maddox, 25, of Shabbona; 9:25 a.m. Thursday in the 6000 block of East Husking Peg Road; improper lane usage after losing control of the semi he was driving and entering the ditch; given notice to appear in court. Maddox was taken to Rochelle Community Hospital for minor injuries. Aid provided by Ashton Fire and Ambulance departments.

Jennifer Charbonneau, 37, of Mount Morris; Thursday; warrant for petition to revoke – driving under the influence; posted bond.

State Police

Sarah J. Figueroa, 24, of Dixon; 2:25 p.m. Tuesday at state Route 2 and Mound Hill Road, Lee County warrant for failure to appear on a contempt of court charge; taken to Lee County Jail.

James E. Williams, 29, of Chicago; 2:28 p.m. Wednesday on Interstate 39, Ogle County; driving with a suspended license, speeding, no insurance; posted I-bond.

Danny J.P. Davis, 60, of Forreston; 2:51 p.m. Wednesday at Benson Road and state Route 64; driving with a revoked license, no insurance, no seat belt, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, speeding, after losing control of his vehicle, entering the ditch and striking a road sign. A passenger, Jaime Santacruz, 36, of Freeport, was charged with no seat belt. There were no injuries.
